Build link Zambia gives clients free consultation and recommendations, plus two free monitoring site visits after work starts. Only the initial site visit — to capture and verify project details — is paid by the client. Work begins once the provider has paid the negotiated 5–10% service fee.

Initial site visit (paid by client)
The first site visit — used by the provider to capture and verify project details — is paid by the client to cover movement to site.
Two free monitoring visits
After the initial visit, the next two site visits to monitor and control work are free.
Negotiated service fee (5–10%)
The service fee is paid by the provider — never the client — and is negotiated between 5% and 10% depending on the nature of the work.
Extra visits on request
Clients can request additional site visits beyond the two free monitoring visits at any time.

Step 2
Match with a verified provider
We help you shortlist providers by trade, area, and track record. You can also browse the public directory and request contact through a provider's profile.
Step 3
Initial site visit (paid by client)
The first site visit — used by the provider to capture and verify project details before quoting — is paid by the client to facilitate movement to site.
Step 4
Quote accepted & service fee paid
Once you accept the provider's quote, the provider pays Build link Zambia a one-off service fee negotiated between 5% and 10% of the contract value, based on the nature of the work. Work should not begin until this fee is settled.
Step 5
Work begins with two free monitoring visits
With the service fee paid, the provider starts work. The next two site visits — used to monitor and control the work — are free. Extra visits can be arranged at the client's request.
Step 6
Ongoing quality assurance (optional)
You can add independent inspections, progress checks, or snagging beyond the two free monitoring visits at any time.
